Wallace Falls Winter Hike

wallacefallzblog07

Yesterday I had an amazing opportunity to go on a hike with some friends and share some photography guidence slash play around with their new camera. The Hike up to Wallace Falls in Gold Bar, WA was a bit on the nippy side but was over powered by the mystical forest and fresh air. I know I will be visiting the spot quite ofter from now on, it was not to far to drive to and I just couldnt stop shooting… but there is a bit of a time crunch when the sun starts setting at 3:30. I hope you enjoy these as much as I did taking them, and please leave me any love or feed back you have to offer. Thanks for stopping by…But mainly stay classy.

Keukenhof Tulip Festival

In May of 2012 I had the privilege to visit the Keukenhof Tulip Festival in Lisse, Netherlands. My Dad is a regular to this spectacular venue so it was especially awesome to have a great tour guide, especially one who spoke english. The only trouble I had shooting here was keeping the camera to my face and not to get lost in this weirdly perfect fairytale garden. Here are some of my favorite shots, I hope you enjoy them and leave any love you have! I hope to have more up from Luxembourg soon, thanks for visiting.

PS. Also if you are interested in viewing these on my main website or liking to purchase a print of your own, you can do so at www.uvariphotography.com/tulip

Arboretum Awesomeness

The weekly weather forcast predicted rain for today. IT LIED. In the best of ways! So I grabbed my camera and some friends and headed down to the University of Washington Arboretum. It was quite splendid, but the Japanese garden was closed and that was a load of crap. Here are the photos that made the cut, minus the ones from the Japanese garden that yet to exist. Thanks for stopping by!

Orca Watch

A few weekends ago my parents flew up from CA to visit and celebrate their 25th year of marriageness. It was pretty great to see them and to get to do something touristy outside of Seattle for a change. So, we hopped on a ferry and drove up to Anacortes, Wa to see us some orca wales. IT WAS AWESOME!! I learned a lot of facts about orcas that I don’t remember anymore…But I do have these here¬†photos. Thanks for stopping by.
